School Sports Tours to Spain

Spain is our most popular european tour destination for school sports teams of all ages and abilities. Rugby, football, hockey and basketball tours are available for boys and girls to the popular resorts of Platja d'Aro and Lloret de Mar in the Costa Brava. Barcelona is in a class of its own with its friendly people and the passionate sporting atmosphere. For school tours, there are a great range of activities for all ages including Theme Parks, Waterparks, a tour of the Nou Camp and we can even arrange tickets for you to watch Espanyol or FC Barcelona on matchday. Las Ramblas is the centre point for any tourist in Barcelona with the Gaudi museum less than 5 minutes away from Place de Catalunya. There are some great shops in Barcelona and young crowds should spend some time on the manmade beach near the port. The Aquarium and cable car ride in the centre of the port are also definately worth doing for school groups.

Most school teams stay in some of the fantastic resorts just outside Barcelona including Platja D'Aro with its many waterparks, beaches and great entertainment. Rugby, Football, Hockey and Basketball fixtures can all be arranged throughout most of the year and there are several great sports tournaments held on the Costa Brava including the Catalan Juniors School Sports tournaments where you can play fixtures against local teams and UK school groups alike.

Platja D'Aro is the ideal resort for school teams, the main strip with shops and amusements runs parallel to the beaches and there's plenty to keep your pupils occupied during the day and we can also arrange Dicso nights and Karaoke in the evenings. We use a range of excellent hotels in the resort that will keep your team occupied round the clock in a fun, safe environment.

We use a great range of accommodation options for schools in Platja d'Aro and Lloret de Mar, normally 3* hotels with a pool. Detailed accommodation information will be given with each new itinerary.
