Rome is one of the ultimate school rugby tour destinations in Europe and Tours 4 Schools have chosen to host another Capitals Cup rugby tournament in this incredible city. Held in February during the school holidays it's ideal for schools to enter and experience quality rugby in one of the most amazing cities in the world.
Training sessions are available at URC before the BBQ lunch which is included on Friday, followed by the opening group games. .BBQ lunch is also included on Saturday. The tournament will culminate with a prize giving ceremony and post tournament meal at the club for all tourists. The bar will be open to serve refreshments, and there will be two wandering minstrels singing Italian classics. |

The Portugal Youth Rugby Festival will enter its fourth year in 2012. Last year’s event was
a great success and Tours 4 Schools tourists Filton College won the tournament, with a total of 64 teams competing over the 4 age categories. The tournament aim is to provide each team with plenty of good quality rugby over two days. Saturday will see each team play in qualification groups with 4 to 5 games per team across the day. Sunday is Finals Day with quarters, semis and finals with teams pitched at your level based on the previous day’s league standings. Game durations are 2 x 10 minutes for the youngest categories, 2 x 15 minutes for older categories. |
